We’d like to:
1. Learn from SWIM advances and experiences.
2. Look ahead & develop strategies to make
   FAA/Partners interoperation as easy as possible.
3. Identify the biggest hurdles on the long-term SWIM
   roadmap and facilitate multi-stakeholder R&D to
   overcome them.
