Thank you very much for participating in 2012/2013 Full International School Award.
欢迎贵校参加2012/2013 年度中英校际交流奖项目。


You will need to collect evidence of all your international activities in the academic year
of 2012-2013.This should reflect the activities detailed in your approved action plan.
This portfolio of evidence will be presented to the Connecting Classrooms International
School Award adjudication panel. If your portfolio is approved, you will be awarded the
International School Award.
根据贵校获批的2012/2013 年度中英校际交流奖的行动方案,贵校将按要求收集该年度国
际交流合作活动的相关证据,作为申报资料。该申报资料将提交给英国使/领馆文化教育
处中英校际连线的评审组。如通过了评审组的评审,贵校将获得中英校际交流奖。


The deadline for receipt of portfolios in this office is 30th, June, 2013.
提交申报资料的截止日期:2013 年6 月30 日
Portfolios should be ideally bilingual and in English at least. Portfolio should be
submitted both in hard copy (one A4 lever arch file) and an e-version of PDF file.
申报资料最好是中英文双语,至少要有英文版本。

We recommend that you start collecting your evidence of your international work from
the beginning of the academic year/programme year.

7 Submission of Evidence and Evaluation for Seven International Activities
提交七项国际交流活动的活动证据和评估表
Present each of your international work/activities in turn. You can either use the same
order as in your action plan, order them by most successful first, or in chronological
order.
请按行动计划的顺序,或按时间顺序列出7 项国际交流活动




The items listed below for each international activity should be provided in the following
order:

a. Use an Activity Cover Sheet Appendix 7.1 活动详细信息表 附表7.1
b. Provide evidence of your work. 提供活动证据

Examples type one includes document (but only two sheets maximum of any of the followings)

Examples type two include photo/picture (but only two sheets maximum of any of the followings)

• collect A4 sheet of images of pupils working on the activity
学生参加活动照片,用A4 大小的纸打印
• collect images/photocopies of the work
学生作品的复印件/照片
• collect images of the outcomes of the activity (a display, concert etc)

We suggest four or five pieces of evidence for each activity. For activities involving partner
schools, it is essential you include evidence of collaboration between your schools.
建议每个活动收集四、五个证据。与国外友好学校共同开展的活动,要收集共同活动的证据。


c. Evaluation of activities. 活动的评估表
Each activity must include at least two types of evaluation forms (This must include teacher
and pupil evaluation (at least one of each Appendix 7.2, teacher evaluation Appendix 7.3),
visitor evaluations Appendix 7.4, parent evaluation Appendix 7.5)
每项活动至少提供2 份不同类型的评估表 (学生评估报告附表7.2,老师评估报告 附表
7.3 ,家长评估报告 附表7.4,来宾评估报告 附表7.5)。

Across the range of seven activities you must include a minimum of one evaluation of each
type i.e. pupil, teacher, parent, visitor evaluation forms as below.

�� if you have more than 7 international activities undertaken during the school year, please only
include evidence for a representative seven activities that show the range and depth of your
international work and, importantly, evidence of your collaborative curriculum based work with
partner school overseas. For your other activities, a brief one or two sheet summary of the
activity, without evidence, will be fine.
如果贵校当年开展了7 个以上的活动,请选择其中最能代表贵校国际交流活动的深度、广
度、及最能反映与国外友好学校的代表性活动。可以简要地描述其他活动,不用提交活动证
据。

�� Don’t worry if an activity didn’t go to plan – you can still describe what you have learned
through the activity, describe what you think went wrong and how you might change the
activity if you repeated it in the future. All of this information is valuable and can be included
in the evaluation section.
如果贵校的活动不能按计划实施,也不用担忧 – 可以注明在本次活动中学到了什么,哪些部
分出了问题,今后可以怎样改进等等。这些信息也很宝贵,可以写在评估部分。


�� Incomplete International Activities
Do not worry if you did not manage to undertake all of the activities in the plan. The panel will
look to see that the majority of activities were completed. For uncompleted activities, give a
brief description of what had been planned and the reasons why this did not prove possible.

如果有些活动未能完成,也不要担忧。评审员将审核已完成的绝大部分活动。请简要说明原计

8 Supplementary Activities – Appendix 8
You can include activities that were not part of your original plans. Unexpected opportunities
may arise in the course of the year. If you have space in your file and you would like the panel
to look at these, please include a separate document after your original action plan entitled:
Supplementary Activities. Do not amend your approved action plan.

Criteria of ISA assessment 评估标准
International policy has written to show school’s commitment on international dimension and
cultural diversity. Full or part-time International coordinator has appointed with clear job
description and tasks.
学校有国际交流合作方针,致力于国际化和多元文化的建设。设立了专/兼职的国际交流合作项目
负责人, 有清晰的工作职责和工作计划.

When detailing a minimum of seven international activities, it is vital that at least two of the
seven activities are cooperated with your UK partner schools, at least one of the seven activities
demonstrates in-depth collaboration with your overseas partner school, and each activity should
have international dimension.
在7 项国际交流合作活动中, 至少有2 项是与贵校的英国友好学校合作的,至少有1 项与国外友
好学校的活动能反映贵校国际交流合作活动的深度, 每项活动都必须包括国际化的元素。

The portfolio of evidence must also demonstrate year round international activity (from
September this year – June next year) involving the majority of pupils and differ year groups of
pupils in your school across your 7 international activities, majority of curricular subjects and
cross-curricular activity,and have international dimension on each activity.
所提交的申报材料必须满足下列要求:国际交流合作活动是全年性的(从本年度9 月到次年6
月),学校的绝大部分学生和不同年龄段的学生参与了7 项活动,活动是基于学科的活动且涵盖

Accreditation 评估结果
Successful schools will receive an official ISA certificate of achievement. The Full ISA is valid for
three years. The schools will also be able to use the Full ISA logo for on school literature,
stationery, school website or any publicity materials within the validity of the Award. They will
gain widely recognition as an ambassador for international work.
成功的学校将被授予中英校际交流奖,该奖项有效期为三年。获奖学校将收到中英校际交流奖的
标识,并可在奖项有效期内在学校的文字资料,文具,网站或其他宣传中使用. 获奖学校将赢得
广泛范围内的认可,并成为国际交流合作活动的大使。

information regarding the international dimension. It has advice on partner finding, funding
opportunities and other international programmes of work you can become involved in.
