                                          Global Citizenship
 GC is an ethical outlook and a behavioral predisposition that
  calls for action to alleviate local/global inequalities and
  sustainability (Bryant 2006)
 GC encompasses …
   Responsibility. Awareness of interdependence between local and global.

   Competence. Knowledge and skills to interact, communicate and work
     effectively and responsibly globally.

   Engagement. Behavior or predisposition toward addressing local and
     global community issues.
