Dear Parent/Carer,

As part of their topic this term, Year 2 pupils will be going on an educational visit
to the Baltic and St Mary`s Heritage Centre on Thursday 10th November, 2011.

The trip will last all day and therefore children will need to bring a packed lunch,
(no glass bottles). Children who are entitled to free school meals will be provided
with a packed lunch.

We have been very fortunate in securing a grant for this trip so no contribution is
required, however, in order your child may participate in this trip, please complete
the form below and return to school.
