F R I K A D E L L A 1 lb hamburger 1/2 kg use reg hamburger or 1/2 pork and 1/2 lean hamburger or 1/2 veal and 1/2 lean pork 1/2 cup flour 1 onion very finely chopped 1 tsp italian seasoning 2 eggs milk - about 3/4 cup Mix first 4 ingredients well. Add eggs and mix. Add enough milk to make soft mixture. Melt solid parkay margarine in frying pan, about 1/8 cup. Wait til bubbly. Spoon small desert spoons of meat mix into hot fat. Decrease heat a bit. When brown on one side turn over and brown other side. Make brown gravy and and serve with potoatoes and veggies. B R E A D E D A N Y T H I N G For sole fillets use fine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, grated lemon rind, a liitle ground almondsis nice option. For veal or pork parmigini, use fine to med. bread crumbs, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, a very little grated parmesan cheese. For all, dip in mix of beaten eggs and little milk. then in crumb mixture. If you want to be extra special, redip in egg mixture and then recrumb. It will be extra crispy.
