Assess membership interest in Webinar based on general applicability and
timeliness of information.
Communicate webinar to BOD with a recommendation on hosting and request
Arrange accommodations with Geotechnology or others.
Send first notice to membership 2 weeks prior to event.
Send second notice to membership one week prior to event.
Subscribe to webinar on Monday prior to the event if we anticipate breaking
Poll BOD on Monday prior event if we do not anticipate breaking even.
Subscribe to webinar on Tuesday prior to event if BOD agrees to sponsor it
Forward sign-on info to hosting facility by Wednesday prior to the event.
Print registration list day of event for use at registration.
Print receipts day of event to provide to registrants.
Provide Treasurer financial summary and checks the day following event.
