(Chapter) Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals Fall Conference and Tradeshow This state association meeting will have approximately (120) buyers who represent 20,000+ residences that serve over 21, 900,000 meals per year. You will have one-on-one contact with the decision makers. Why should you exhibit? Launch new products or services, showcase product lines, provide demonstrations. Generate new sales leads. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to build loyalty. Your competition will likely be there. Shouldn’t you? Reception ANFP will sponsor a reception Wednesday night (starting at 6 pm) at the hotel for all members and vendors. You are welcome to attend and get to know the customers. The room number for the hospitality suite will be posted at front desk. Set-up Set-up time will be Thursday morning, September 15. The show will take place from approximately 11:45 am to 1:15 pm. This will be a grazing lunch. Vendor prizes We ask that door prize donations are displayed at your booth. These should entice the participants to view each booth. Other ways we can help We will provide you with the names and addresses of our participants. We want you to succeed, and if you succeed, foodservice professionals succeed. You will be able to show any items you like. To prevent everyone from showing the same items, we request you submit a list of what will be shown.
