Job Purpose: Departmental support

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
    General Clerical Duties and Support including but not limited to the following:
           o Greet students and direct as needed
           o Monitor tutor track sign-in
           o Answer phones/emails/relay calls and messages
           o Scans/copies documents
           o Updating schedule and setting appointments
           o TutorTrac Post-Visit Data Input (Quick Visits) Maintenance/Quality Control

Supplemental Functions:
    Filing, Data Entry, Moving files, Maintaining Confidential Information
    Assembly of ADA Information Packets, Tutor Employment & Training Packets, etc.
    Assembly of SS Center Information Packets for Gateway & Departmental Presentations, etc.
    Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, and Excel Spread Sheet
    Blackboard experience preferred but not required

Skills and Abilities:
     Professional demeanor
     Customer-service oriented
