Republic of Serbia Human Resource Development and Employment How it was done in Sumadija within EU Project Pilot Training Program for Unemployed and Redundant Workers 02/SER01/14/001 An EU-funded project managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction About the Project Project objectives: • Enhancement of employability and adaptability of unemployed and redundant workers in Sumadija Region in line with the needs of economy • Contribution to development of human resource development national system based upon long life learning principle.
