Assistance at Events:
       As you will know a great deal of work is undertaken by the committee prior to and
during events but it is usually supplemented by essential voluntary help on the day of the
event. If you can offer some help at a club event in 2011 please contact the event organiser
or any committee member. Help can be varied and can be just a few hours, you could help on
the door at events, in the car park, with refreshments, setting out or tidying up afterwards,
taking entries, etc .

       Additionally, if you have any specific talent, ability, contact, facility etc which might
be of help to the club in any way or would like to suggest alternative venues (contact
details/prices please) then please feel free to offer, either above or to any committee member,
we’ll be delighted to hear from you!!.          Thank you from the committee
