We are once again appealing for plastic containers to be used for meals and soups
for Hospice patients. It has been requested that the 500g margarine/butter
rectangular shaped containers are best for this purpose and are what the Group
preparing the meals require. It would be appreciated if the containers are washed
and ready for use. A further appeal is being made for plastic tags – the kind used
for bread packaging. The proceeds from these tags are used for the purchase of
wheelchairs. To date close on 200 wheelchairs have been purchased from the
proceeds of this collection! All these items can be left at Stonehaven, 7 Albany
Road, Sea Point, for onward transmission. Thanking you in anticipation.
