      CargoWise™ edi Taps New Business Development
             Director of European Operations
-Bob Saul to Build Team in Euro Zone, Assist in Sales and Management Strategies-

Milton Keynes, UK, June 5, 2008 – CargoWise™ edi, a leading provider of integrated international
supply chain logistics management systems, announced that Bob Saul has joined the Company as
Business Development Director Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He will be responsible for
team building in the EMEA region, assisting with key sales and strategy techniques, and providing
product advice for the EMEA region as well as many other key strategic activities for the Company.

Mr. Saul’s far-reaching industry relationships and experience in the EMEA markets will benefit
CargoWise edi and its customers by coupling his knowledge of the IT and transportation industries with
that of CargoWise edi and its successful line of highly modular enterprise-class products, which he will
help to expand.

Over the past 25 years, he has been involved in every aspect of providing IT solutions for global
transport and logistics companies, including product design, development, implementation, support,
sales & marketing and global team management.

In the early 1980s, Mr. Saul was a co-founder of C.S.I. Ltd (which later became part of DCS Group) and
was responsible for the design and development of the multimodal AS/400 CIEL system, which enjoyed
much acclaim during the 1990s. More recently, he held the position of UK Managing Director of
Interchain (part of Kewill Group), where he led a UK-based team tasked with international promotion of
its Dutch road freight package.

“Bob brings a great deal of experience and knowledge of products, managerial skills, and customer
relations and sales strategies to CargoWise edi,” said Richard White, CEO of CargoWise edi, in making
the announcement. “He will be a valuable asset to the Company and will help to expand our product
offerings and grow the business globally."
