“When we began our search for the neighborhood grocery store that we knew would be a part of
Bayside, we had very high standards. The quality of this community warranted a quality food
market – in fact we believed that the greater community of Sussex County deserved an additional
grocer with a proven record of bringing the best in fine foods, a commitment to exemplary service
and one that would be a true contributor in the community,” said Carl M. Freeman Companies
Commercial Real Estate Vice President, Michael T. Reilly.
The 52,000 square foot grocery store is a welcome enhancement to Bayside, a Carl M Freeman
Companies waterfront golf community located on Route 54 just west of Fenwick Island. Bayside
offers single family homes, townhomes and condominiums to suit any lifestyle. The community
features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course along with other resort amenities.
