Under the direction of the Evaluation Director and Evaluation Coordinator for a prevention
trial program with Cherokee Nation Behavioral Health Services, this position is responsible for
administering confidential surveys to high school students within participating schools. Survey
administrators will be responsible for strictly following survey protocols and procedures. The
position involves traveling to study sites to administer classroom-based surveys; organizing
and maintaining documentation related to the data collection activities; and completing

Establish and maintain productive relationships with schools, other community
organizations, and research staff.
Establish and maintain regular oral and written communication with other project staff.
Attend and actively participate in trainings and project meetings.
Participate in other related project activities as directed by Principal Investigators or
Required Education, Skills & Proficiencies:
Applicants should have experience working with high school age youth with some work
experience in one or more of the following areas: social, community or public health
evaluation or data collection.
Should be able to communicate and work well with a variety of people and to establish
productive interpersonal relationships.
Position requires reliability, excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Requires the ability to travel to study schools and communities, follow study protocols and
procedures, and interact professional with students and school personnel.
Requires ability to analyze problems and make sound judgments.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Sit or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to pull, push, reach, engage in repetitive motions, grasp, and speak
