   2 Appointed the System Test Coordinator.
   3 Supervised Principals and System Test Coordinator to ensure that they fulfill their specific responsibilities for the administration of tests.

   4 Maintained contact with System Test Coordinator to become thoroughly informed of all testing activities.
   5 Conducted investigations of reported testing irregularities (e.g., student cheating, unethical professional conduct). Reports unethical professional
     conduct to the Educator Ethics Division of the Professional Standards Commission.
   6 Monitored testing activities in the local school system to guarantee compliance with regulations established by the State Board of Education and
     current legislation.
   7 Informed local board members, parents, and other citizens about requirements pertaining to statewide testing.
   8 Ensured that appropriate local personnel attend GaDOE workshops concerning state assessment programs.
   9    Reviewed and returned verification forms to the Office of Assessment and Accountability at the GaDOE by the due dates.
  10    Approved all special administrations.
  11    Informed citizens residing within the local system's area concerning the collective achievement of enrolled students by school and system.

  b.     Served as liaison between the system and GaDOE for all test administration activities.

  e.     Ensured principals completed the Principal Certification Form for each administration and maintained those forms for five years.

d.    Ensured that the test accommodations identified in students' IEPs, IAPs, and ELL/TPC plans were provided for each student as specified.
e.    Ensured that testing sites were free of interruptions during test administration (e.g., intercom messages, visitors, wandering students).
f.    Designated a School Test Coordinator to coordinate the testing program.
g.    Assigned personnel to serve as Examiners and Proctors.
h.    Arranged appropriate schedules for teachers who served as Proctors and Examiners and those who were teaching students not involved in
      testing.
 i.   Informed students and parents/guardians about the purpose of testing, dates and times for testing, and expected dates for return of test results.
 j.   Created an atmosphere in which all staff members knew that their cooperation was needed and expected for successful test administration.
