                  Overview
   CBS LLC provides medical transcription
    services to the healthcare as well as various
    other organizations at a reasonably
    affordable cost. The quality of transcription
    is very well appreciated by some of our
    existing clients. We are rapidly growing our
    BPO services offerings serving the north
    American region.
                   Features
 Company’s total transcription capacity is close to
  28,000 lines. Total 56 MTs are currently deployed,
  while each MT can transcribe up to 500 lines per
  day.
 Company has total proofing capacity of 24
  proofers, so far it is same as transcription as every
  line is proofed. Each proofer is tuned to proof
  around 1500 lines.
 It is followed by a third level where QAs (12 in
  number) read the files and fill in only book-
  marked portion.
           Features Contd.
 The Company has total 92 people deployed
  to serve medical transcription service in all
  the three offices. The other two associate
  offices are located in Indore and Ranchi.
 All the three offices are well decorated,
  well-furnished with all facilities of a state-
  of-the-art infrastructure.
     Hardware Infrastructure
 Total close to 100 P4 machines.
 The PCs are P4 with 256 MB ram, OS
  Windows-XP, MS Word 2000. Internet
  access through leased line from STPI, 128
  kbps can be increased to 256 immediately if
  required.
            Software Infrastructure
   Software include:
               Quick Look 1999, 2000
               Stedman’s Electronic Medical Dictionary
               Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary\Thesaurus
               Mosby’s Medical Encyclopedia and Mosby’s Clinical
                Neurology as reference for a clinic that specifically deals in
                Neurology files.
               Player has been provided by the client that goes with foot-
                pedal (9-pin, com port).
               We also have converters Goldwave, DSS converter etc.

   All the 14 dictionaries for systems, AAMT
    style book, Drug Reference and Surgical
    Instruments Book are available in-house.

  Working Hours & Operations
           Details
 Currently we are working on all 7 days with
  a TAT of 12 and 24 hours.
 The working shift is from7.30 am till
  workload ends, usually 6.30 pm.

 10 cents per line for regular FTP work and
  12 cents for Toll Free Service.
