Reduce risk, keep users productive

The Challenge
Legal needs to reduce risk
• Delete the email of users
    not on retention
• Enable exceptions for
    business critical email
• Archive the email of
    users on retention
• Enforce privacy and
    other restrictions
• Complete, and
    efficient, discovery
Users don’t want to think about it
• I don’t have to
    manage my inbox
• My email roams
• My email is backed up
                                                                         Anywhere
