                                               MUSEUM VISIT
                                               On Tuesday 24th January Year 3
                 Friday 3rd February 2012
                                               and 4 visited the Plymouth
                                               Museum as part of the study of
              Each week we ask one of our      Ancient Egypt. The children all
             classes to produce some work      had a wonderful experience learning about Egypt
                   for the newsletter          and they were allowed to handle real artefacts
        Special Work from Larch Class          which were 3,000 years old. The children really
                                               enjoyed this trip and the staff at the museum
                                               were fantastic. Thank you Year 3 and 4 children
                                               for being such a credit to our school.

                                               SJH DANCE FESTIVAL
                                                           40 children attended the Dance
                                                           Festival at the Whitleigh Campus on
                                                           Wednesday 25th January. The
                                                           children performed two dances and
                                               their dance routines were fantastic. Thank you to
                                               all the parents especially those who offered
                                               support with transport.

                                               VALENTINES DISCO
                                               Beechwood Buddies are holding a
                                               Valentines Disco on Thursday 9th
                                               February. Tickets sold on the door
                                               for a £1.00. There will be a tuck shop.
