							   PRESTIGIOUS HUMBER QUAYS OFFICE SCHEME FORGES AHEAD


Work on the second office building at Humber Quays is well underway, with
the steelwork frame already creating an impact on the skyline of this £5.5
million six-floor prestigious development.


Two Humber Quays, which is being developed by regeneration specialist
Priority Sites, will be one of the highest specification office developments in
the city, and is expected to accommodate around 250 staff when it opens later
this year.


Already Priority Sites is reporting keen interest among prospective tenants for
the 11 office suites that are available for let – from individual suites of 1,575
sq ft floor space through to the total 35,581 sq ft of space – with secured car
parking spaces available.


Work is on-schedule with building contractor Caddick Construction due to
complete the development in September 2007. The scheme design
incorporates a high level of environmental features to secure a ‘very good’
rating under the building industry’s sustainability benchmark, BREEAM.

of the East Riding."
