Chairman Bob McCulloch welcomed all members to Helensburgh for the 62nd Annual

4. Minutes of 2004 AGM

5. Matters Arising
There were no matters arising.
6. Chairman’s Report
The chairman’s report detailed various issues relating to the industry and work that the
executive had been involved in during the last year and the progress that had been made.

9. Adoption of Balance Sheet
Still requires to be adopted due to difficulty in meeting with auditor.
10. Election of Office Bearers
There were no changes to the office bearer and executive members remain the same.
11. Presidential Address
Mr David MacColl, ICCM National President gave his address to the branch. He spoke on
the voting in regard to the CBA gaining the ICCM, the forthcoming conference,
membership, training, the diploma course and detailed the way ahead for the institute. He
also spoke on his visits to branches around the country during his presidential year and
stated that branches were thriving and expanding. The chairman thanked the President for
providing the address and made a presentation on behalf of the branch to him.
There was no other business.
The chair then closed the meeting thanking all who attended.
