of Kingston City Hall for New Year’s Eve.

I acknowledge that upon receipt of this submission, Kingston City Hall staff will provide a quotation estimate based on the information
provided in the above application. Kingston City Hall Management will then select the successful applicant based on meeting stated
criteria outlined in the Conditions of Hire – NYE.

Once selected, the successful applicant will be required to lodge a formal application including a 30% deposit to confirm and secure
the booking.

I also acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Conditions of Hire and hereby undertake in the event of this application being
granted to comply in all respects with such conditions.
