A formal letter is a letter which represents necessity of applicant persons to the
responsible persons for any special case or for any solution of any kind of problem. We
usually write formal letter to communicate with persons like, Principal, Mayor for the
official purpose.


                   Importance of Formal Letter
Twenty first century demands your skill in letter writing. This is running faster
than any other century leaving you behind. If you want to keep pace with it, you
have to be well connected. And letter is the best means to present yourself to
others. The advancement in your career depends largely on how well you can
communicate through surface or electronic mails.

        Date ( Present date)
        Subject(the purpose of writing)
        Dear Sir/Miss
        Body of the letter(give importance on purpose of writing
         with convincing beginning )
        Sincerely(ending of the letter)
        Name (the person who is writing the letter)
