least 1 month prior to the date of the visit.

CVs for the head of the delegation and the names and job titles of all group
members must be provided and attached when submitting this visit application
form.

Please note that KAIST International Relations Team will make every effort to try
and accommodate your request, but due to the availability of academic and staff
resources at certain times throughout the year not all requests are accommodated.

For the delegation to receive maximum benefit from their visit, they should either
have a working knowledge of English, or be accompanied by an interpreter.
KAIST is not able to provide interpretation services.
