University Wide Interviews
Thank you for your interest in serving as an undergraduate
representative on one of Penn’s university-wide committees.
You may apply as a representative for more than one
committee, but please be aware that you may serve as the
primary representative on a maximum of two committees. If
you apply for more than one committee, you must interview
separately for each vacancy. Review the committee
descriptions document on the NEC’s website (www.penn-

times for specific committees before applying. All positions
are academic-year; please do not apply if you will be going
abroad during the upcoming year. If you apply to more than
one committee, please be advised that you have to submit
different answers to questions 1 and 4.
Please complete this application form and email your
completed version to email@example.com. Save the
file as LastName_FirstName. The subject line of the email
should be Lastname_FirstName_UW_S12. Applications are
due Wednesday, April 11 at 11:59pm. No late applications
will be accepted.
Please watch your emails closely as interviews will take place
from April 17th-22nd.
Please contact us with your questions. We look forwarding
