					       Four Easy steps to enrolling students Quickly!
   We guarantee the enrollment of your students within 24-hours if these steps are
                                    completed:

   1          on the "box" in the upper right corner of this spreadsheet to view the scroll bar and tabs along the bottom
              of this document that read, "Enrollment Steps, Course List (1), Template (2),
                 Admin (3).

   2           Fill in the template on the Template (2) tab by following the example in line 4. As you enter the course
                              information, use the naming convention as shown in the Course List (1) tab.
                             Anything coloured green is a REQUIRED student information field.



                         After completing the students' information, email this enrollment spreadsheet to


   3          enrollments@powerspeak.com. Also, be sure to fax the purchase order at the same time or before
              you send this spreadsheet (Fax number is 801-343-3912). Once we have both the purchase order
                             and the enrollment spreadsheet we will be able to enroll your students.




   4           Teacher/Admin Access. If you are using your own teachers please use the Teacher/Admin (3) tab to
               provide information so we can generate user access codes for your teacher(s). Please specify which
             language should be assigned to the teacher. Please use the same form if you need administrator acces
