                 Early Childhood Teacher Professional Development

                                                    Letter of Intent
Helios Education Foundation asks all applicants to provide this Letter of Intent (LOI) for the Early
Childhood Education Request For Proposals process. The LOI will ease the application process by
ensuring applicants meet the Foundation’s minimum eligibility criteria (
partner.aspx). Eligible applicants will be provided a user ID and password within one week of submittal
allowing access to the Foundation’s web-based application form.

If you plan to submit a proposal, please send this completed LOI to no later than
4:00 p.m. on February 11, 2010 (Full proposals will be due February 25, 2010). If you have any

Local, regional and national organizations that provide services to an ECE organization(s) or ECE
teachers/practitioners in Arizona and/or the Florida Tampa Bay area (comprised of eight counties: Citrus,
Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Manatee) are invited to apply. National
and regional organizations who apply, regardless of location, must partner with a local organization in
