							                           Spoon River Anthology
We can learn a great deal about Lucinda Matlock and Fiddler Jones through the epitaphs
carved for them. Take some time to consider what your epitaph might be – then, compose
one for yourself. After composing your piece, think about a creative way you might
present your work to the class…

Requirements:

      Your piece must consist of no less than 10 lines and must include something you
       are known for – personalize it!
      Must be typed, double spaced, first person voice
      The title should be your name as it would appear on a tombstone
      You will present your epitaph to the class in a theatrical/artistic fashion –
       costumes, props, overhead slides, artwork, video, powerpoint–
      Two separate grades – 15 points in writing and 15 points in presentations
