The Southbank Tennis Club is taking orders for club shirts with the club logo embroidered on
the front. Samples of the shirt are available at the club in various sizes to allow you to try-on
for fit.

At this stage we are only ordering the plain tops made of dri-fit material with the logo, we
would like to pursue having hats and the detailed top available however we’d need a minimum
order number of 50 to make it viable.

Therefore we’d like you to also indicate on your order form if you’d be interested in purchasing
a club hat and/or the detailed top.

Please return order form with total payment in cash OR cheque payable to “Southbank Tennis
