I’ve been a student of the game for almost 17 years now. I got my start in
the rec. leagues of Indialantic Youth Soccer Associate in Indialantic, FL. From
there I became one of the founding players of Three Lions Soccer Club, now
based out of Indian Harbor Beach, FL. From its inception in 2000 until I
graduated high school in 2006 I served as team captain for the ’88 Girls State
Cup Team. This team was a consistent contender in the State Cup tournament,
and regularly participated in an elite circuit of travel team tournaments
throughout Florida. I dabbled in the realm of ODP (Olympic Development
Program) until my early teens when I decided I wanted to have a little bit more
freedom to socialize.
In High school I was a four year varsity letterman and starter for the
Melbourne High School Lady Bulldogs as well as team captain my junior and
senior years. I thought after high school I had finally finished my career as a
soccer player, but the soccer gods had other plans. The stars aligned and I
somehow wound up here in Nashville at Trevecca Nazarene University (B.S.
Sports Management/ Minor Business Administration) as a member of their
women’s soccer program. I’ve played every possible field position but my heart is
in the mid-field. I’m passionate about the game and find great joy in watching it
played correctly (if you’re wondering what “correctly” is, watch a Manchester
United game).
I’ve done my fair share of soccer camps, worked with the YMCA through
Trevecca both referring and running clinics. I’ve done small groups training here
in Nashville as well as private lessons. All throughout high school I was a
volunteer coach for young boys’ teams at the Indialantic Youth Soccer
Association. I have coached the 03 girls white and 00 girls red teams and
currently hold an E license.
         Go Hurricanes!
