             Utilized Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other sources totaling $43 million
              to modernize/construct 247 apartments since 2007.
             Grew agency total revenues from $5 million to $25 million in 15 years.
             Only agency in Florida to win so many tax credits, be its own lead developer, and
              manage its own tax credit properties.
             Produced income streams from real estate development in excess of several
              hundred thousand dollars each year.
             Generated 70% expansion of the High Performing Housing Choice Voucher
             Implemented 1999 HOPE VI Revitalization Plan including Section 5h and
              Section 32 homeownership plans for condominium conversion and
              homeownership sales of 60+ homes.
                  o Demolished 380 public housing apartments and relocated 343 families.
                  o Constructed/renovated 236 apartments.
             Established 501(c)(3) Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO)
              to assist in implementation of affordable housing plans.
             Created property management company to manage tax credit properties.
