Welcome to Linux Installation
The easiest way to start the installation is to boot directly from the CD; you'll then be presented with a startup screen similar to the one shown here. Press "Enter" to start the installation, or press the "F1" key to display additional options, which may be used if you experience problems during the installation.

The most useful option from F1 may be the: The reinstall of the Boot Loader.
