Details:

CCBT Ltd is a Healthcare Software Development company that uses online cognitive behavioural
Therapy for its products. They develop web based products which are used across the UK by the
NHS as well as the Netherlands, Denmark, Australia and the USA. Below is an outline of my role as
a front end developer as well as a Quality Assurance Manager for my eye for detail.

Designing and developing the software interfaces; Slicing up the Photoshop files and producing the
raw HTML files for the ASP.Net developers. This was achieved by creating the entire CSS file and
hand coding the HTML making sure it’s optimized across all browsers and web accessibility for
readers was taken into account as well. I also introduced the use of CSS Sprites into the company
and trained the junior developers and the back-end programmers on how to implement them. The
interfaces required a lot of JavaScript and JQuery libraries to be implemented for functionality as
well.

Other duties included to quality assure all aspects of the products before they leave the studio
especially the visual aspects. For example, making sure the agreed and approved design is
produced correctly when it goes into development, i.e. the CSS structure is correctly implemented
across all browsers. Also ensuring the consistency in design elements across the board i.e. same
size and colour of buttons and other elements to be used, Grammar and textual layout.

Other duties also included in helping out the Graphics team as Senior Graphic Designer, designing
interfaces and video timeline & rendering.

I recently completed and graphically headed a project designed by myself (Interface design) and
developed the CSS to accommodate not only the Apple™ IPads™ but also the Android Tablets and
mobile phones. Worked closely as a team with the .Net developers to achieve and complete this in
a very short period of time.

End Development work on my laptop upon meeting.

Responsibilities included overlooking and designing the brand and marketing material of the

design elements, financial booklets using InDesign. Developed the website from Interface Design to
HTML and CSS development. This was a brochure site with some dynamic Flash graphs content.
