SET-UP We WILL have a short Fri nite set-up from 8 pm to 10 pm. Please let me know if you’ll be setting up on Fri nite. THX!
Saturday begins at 6 am. You must be set-up by 9:15 am, so we can have an opening meditation at 9:30 am.
                                                    PLEASE BE ON TIME.

Readers who signed up for (6x6) space
You must bring your own CARD TABLE or 4’ x 4’ table. 3 Chairs are available for your space. Any additional chairs are $2each /
weekend & must be reserved prior to the Fair to be sure there are enough ordered & available for everyone.

You must have a Colorado and a Fort Collins (special events) sales tax license to sell products (not services). To obtain a sales tax

FROM I-25 -- Exit 269B onto CO 14 / East Mulberry (heading west) to Fort Collins (about 3.5 miles). At Riverside go right, slightly.
Riverside becomes Jefferson at Mountain Ave. Turn right at North College Ave. Take the 1st right onto Willow St.

BOULDER and others coming north on 287 --Continue north on College Ave, through town, past the railroad tracks. Turn right on
Willow Street.

Cancellation
As stated on your registration form, $25 of the registration fees are non-refundable if you cancel prior to 30 days before the Fair. Only
50% of the fair fees will be refunded for a cancellation within 30 days of the fair. However, there are NO refunds for any reason
within 7 days of the fair. A replacement exhibitor is acceptable upon approval prior to Fair.

SPECIAL LODGING RATES for our out-of-town visitors and exhibitors at nearby Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Collins, call
970-407-0100 and ask for the Holistic Fair LPC Rate. The Holistic Fair LPC rate is for Fri/Sat/Sun, King or 2 Queens, 1 or 2 people
$65.00 and includes Hot Breakfast, Pool & Hot Tub, Fitness Room, Business Center, and Free Wifi.
