         In order to meet Park University’s 120-hours and 45-hours of upper division degree requirements, Fitness and
            Wellness majors may need to enroll in a minor program or take electives.

        Bachelor’s Degree                                 37 HOURS Minimum
        Upper Division (300 level or above)               27 HOURS Minimum

Required Minor in Fitness & Wellness Courses
       Because of course rotations and prerequisites, students should expect to complete the minor in no less than two
       years. However, students who transfer in courses may complete the minor in a shorter time. Students need to be
       aware that many of the courses below are only offered once a year. Therefore, a student Minoring in Fitness and
       Wellness must to stay on track as specified below if they want complete the program in a timely manner.
