Dear Sir/ Madam

The Oxford County Fire Departments Mutual Aid Association is a not for profit
association serving Oxford County and consists of 20 fire departments and almost 400
full time and volunteer firefighters. We are currently raising funds through sponsorship
advertising on our new website to be put towards training of these fire fighters.

Although our townships do budget for training each year, the association would like to
engage in specialized training days not covered by these budgets. In 2007, we were able
to participate in two training days that were conducted at an old farm house that had been
donated for this purpose. Each day there were 30 firefighters and apparatus from various
fire departments around Oxford County taking place in the training exercises. The
training consisted of setting different burn sites in the house and learning different
techniques to be able to fight these fires. These days were important and exciting to the
firefighters as they were able to take what they had learned and teach these techniques to
their respective departments. These days provided us with valuable information on how
fire reacts in different scenarios and helped us to understand how to deal with fire in
different situations. These two training days came with a cost of approximately $5,000
dollars.

We are currently offering two sponsorships levels with 100% of the funds raised going
towards the training of Oxford County’s firefighters. For a sponsorship of $300 per year
you will receive a banner ad on our website advertising your business and a business card
ad on our sponsors page, including a link to your website. For a sponsorship of $200 per
year you will receive a business card ad on our sponsors page, including a link to your
website.

We would like to thank you in advance for supporting your firefighters.

Yours truly,

Kevin Butler
President, Oxford County Fire
Departments Mutual Aid Association
