         b) Other Transportation Revenue: IE Federal revenue received for transportation,
          Summer school and preschool transportation revenue, revenue received from
         Other districts to furnish transportation
         Do not report SPED High Cost Revenue Received on this line.
         Do not include Transportation Fees collected from individuals – those fees are
         Reported on Line #9 of this form.


         c) Net Current Operating Expenditures: Line #1 minus Line #2

2.       Mileage traveled for transporting migrant education pupils
         (July 2011, August 2011, and June 2012)
         *Complete the Migrant Verification Form if miles are reported on Line 2

3.       Mileage scheduled for regular pupil transportation on the mileage count
         date pursuant to State Board Rule 22-51-R-3.00.
         (Includes all miles driven on the mileage count date when establishing
         routes for all eligible pupils. Same date as official pupil count date.)
         If reporting parent miles, parent must have made the trip on October 1st

4.       Days school was in session and pupils were transported in the 2011-2012
         school term (calendar). Remember to remove snow and mud days

5.       Number of days for which room and board was paid for
         pupils in lieu of transportation

         If pupil transportation vehicles are also used for other purposes (administrative),
         exclude the miles for other purposes.
