									  7th Annual 97.1 The River Wing & Rock Festival Food Vendor Booth Application & Agreement
                                  Woodstock City Park – Woodstock, GA
                   Saturday, June 2 (Noon – 10PM) & Sunday, June 3rd (Noon – 7PM)
                                               EVENT DETAILS
 Wing & Rock Fest was created to provide festival goers with a fun & engaging way to get outside while
also savoring some of what makes life wonderful – good wings, drinks, live music and friends. The event
   will feature 3 - 4 live bands playing this free event. We will have a major sponsor for a kid zone to
 appeal to families and to broaden the marketability of the event. This event will be covered in $50,000
media package that includes radio, PR, check presenters, posters, banners, website, print ads and much
     more! As a participating vendor, your logo and/or your company name will be included in event

       Sanitizer for cleaning & rinsing cooking/serving utensils & food prep & serving areas.
       Any equipment needed for serving, warming, cooling and storage of your food.
       Extension Cords, as needed for your appliances i.e. heating ovens, etc.
       Containers (Plastic, Styrofoam, etc.) and utensils for serving your food plus napkins or wet naps.
       Table Covers
       Staffing for your booth.
       Handout menus, coupons, and/or other company promotional materials (strongly encouraged!!!)
       10 x 10 Tent (If you do not have one, we can provide for $100)
       Wing & Rock Fest promotion internally via in-house promos, check inserts, Facebook, Twitter,
        email blasts & websites.

     $100 Non Refundable Deposit Payment to USA Entertainment Inc. (Cash, Check or Paypal payment)

                                                 AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
 The EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE shall indemnify and hold harmless USA ENTERTAINMENT Inc. & TREND SETTING
   PRODUCTIONS LLC., City of Woodstock, Cox Radio Inc and its agents, employees and volunteers from and against all
   claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from (i) the
        conduct or management of the Premises or of any business therein, (ii) any act, omission, or negligence of the
    EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE or the partners, directors, officers, agents, employees, invitees or contractors of the
       EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE (iii) any accident, injury or damage whatsoever occurring in or at the Premises.
       EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE hereby expressly indemnifies USA ENTERTAINMENT Inc., TREND SETTING
  PRODUCTIONS LLC., City of Woodstock & Cox Radio Inc for the consequences of any negligent act or omission of USA
   ENTERTAINMENT Inc. & TREND SETTING PRODUCTIONS LLC., City of Woodstock & Cox Radio Inc and its agents,
       employees, and volunteers, unless such act or omission constitutes gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
