ERLANGER, NOW ELSMERE AND AS SHOWN ON COPIED AND RESTORED PLAT NO. 346 OF THE KENTON COUNTY
CLERK’S RECORDS AT COVINGTON, KENTUCKY. EACH OF SAID LOTS FRONTS TWENTY FIVE (25) FEET ON THE

Subject to conditions, covenants, restrictions, right of ways and easements in existence, including but not limited to those
