Schedule of Fees
Effective 7/1/11 through 6/30/12
Fair Rental Value Fee shall be charged to religious organizations and to groups using school facilities for
entertainment or meetings where admission is charged or contributions solicited and the net receipts are not
expended for the welfare of the students of the District or for charitable purposes. (Ed. Code 38130 and AR 1106)
FACILITY FAIR RENTAL VALUE FEE
Multipurpose Room $31.99/hour
Food Service Worker $21.59/hour
Parking Lots $5.73/hour
Outside Lunch Area $12.23/hour
Water fee for car washes $12.50/hour (6.77/water; $5.73/parking lot)
Water key deposit (refundable) $31.99
Plus applicable custodial fees:
(With two-hour minimum) $36.15/hour
a. Charges levied for use by organizations shall be according to the above schedule from the
time the facilities are opened for use until completion of the activity, including stand-by time
of school employees assigned to cover the use.
b. All payments for use of school facilities shall be submitted to the District’s Business Office
seven (7) days prior to use. All monies paid in advance are refundable if cancellation notice is
given to the District at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled activity.
c. All organizations granted use of school facilities shall submit a certificate of insurance in the
amount of $1,000,000. Organizations that are charged are required to furnish a liability policy
naming the District as an additional insured. All certificates of insurance and insurance
policies shall be filed with the District Business Office.
d. The Facility Fees will be administratively adjusted annually in June based on changes in the
Consumer Price Index of all items for the Los Angeles-Riverside-Orange County area,
published by the U.S. Department of Labor Statistics. Adjustment will be rounded to the next
25 cents per hour.
