Newark, DE. — May 17, 2004—Travel Distribution &Technology Corp. (TDT) has been formed. TDT is a
provider of Business Process Services, IT Solutions and Consulting Services focused on the Travel Industry.
Offering a range of solutions and consultancy services to assist suppliers, travel agencies, corporations, travel
distributors and travel technology providers; TDT was formed by a number of business and travel industry veterans.


Travel Distribution & Technology specializes in the Travel Industry with expertise in the following areas:
         Business Process Outsourcing that encompasses transaction processing related work, data management
         services, loyalty management programs, accounting, and customer interaction services.
          IT Solutions including internet booking engine, computer reservation system, revenue accounting and
         reconciliation, loyalty management program development and integrated customer feedback.
         Consulting Services across multiple business disciplines including strategy and business development,
         global sourcing & negotiation, marketing, customer relationship management, cost management,
         technology and computer modeling.


A group of industry executives have been assembled, led by Michael Foliot, former CEO of FlightTime; a corporate
jet reservation systems company. Michael also held senior executive positions at American Express and Galileo
International in Asia and North America. Foliot says, “Our group was hand picked to represent a range of expertise
in services to all areas of the travel industry.”

Joining Travel Distribution & Technology are:
Leo van Dorp. Leo was an executive at TRX, Galileo International, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and more recently
led direct sales at Holland America. His combined experience in sales, business development, strategic planning
and finance provides TDT solid skills and contacts. Leo will work out of Bellevue, WA


Karen Wira. Karen created her own consultancy practice over two years ago and holds a customer base across and
outside the travel industry. Karen’s experience spans 25 years in corporate marketing and in the travel industry with
Budget Rental Corporation, Galileo International and was part of the charter management team at TravelPort
(Highwire). Karen will work out of Louisville, KY


Vince Kroening. Vince has 17 years in business process outsourcing and 11 years of re-engineering the Travel
Expense Management process where he developed one of the first online automated T&E systems, VIN.net™.
Vince has spent two terms in a CEO seat and understands the intimate workings of a well-run company. Vince will
work out of Chicago, IL


Mary Jo Becker. Mary Jo most recently ran the Global Business Systems for Galileo International where she
provided technical and management support for IT systems and networks, travel-related regulatory activities and
offshore business joint ventures. Prior to Galileo, Mary Jo held positions with Harris Semiconductor, Cap Gemini
and Storage Technology in areas of data management and technical security initiatives. Mary Jo will work out of
Denver, CO


Terry Vaughn: Terry most recently spent 4 years running the Leisure Business Development group for Galileo
International where her major responsibility included all leisure business and product development. Prior to Galileo,
Terry spent 9 years with Worldspan in vendor sales and marketing and at Delta Airlines for 12 years in various sales
and marketing positions. Terry will work out of Chicago, IL.
