Dynamics GP Implementation/Support Specialist
Company Summary
Feed Management Systems is a Microsoft Gold Certified, award-winning software solution provider that provides vertical applications and
services to the global animal feed manufacturing industry. The Company is expanding its customer solutions group and is looking for qualified
candidates to work as a Dynamics Great Plains Implementation/Support Specialist.

Job Summary
This full-time position is responsible for working directly with customers to provide software implementation, training and support services for the
Company’s vertical software solutions, which interface tightly with Dynamics GP. Travel of up to 25 to 30% may be required. Position would be
located in our Minneapolis MN office.

Duties and Responsibilities
     Provide telephone support to customers on proprietary and off-the-shelf software solutions with an emphasis on Dynamics GP ERP
         software and its interaction with FMS software vertical solutions.
     Perform implementations and product training on software solutions with customers either on site or remotely.
     Work with customers to address business process issues related to Dynamics GP and FMS software.
     Attend industry events, training/seminars and team/company meetings.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
     3 - 5 years experience with software technology and implementation processes
     Knowledge of animal feed industry, food & beverage or other process manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
     1 – 2 years work experience in a customer environment or a consulting environment.
     Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
     Ability to effectively communicate and train the systems and processes to customers.
     Demonstrates service oriented attitude and excels at problem solving and troubleshooting
     Must be able to accommodate overnight travel.
     Must be able to speak English and be clearly understood over the phone with customers throughout the U.S.
     Ability to work well under deadlines and perform duties with nominal direction.
     Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Product/Technical Skills
     3 to 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
     Solid understanding of accounting principles.
     Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, terminal services
     Knowledge of Citrix helpful.
