Dear AP Student,

This year, the Federal Way School District is paying for all Advanced Placement tests. Taking the test is part of the
AP curriculum and all AP students will be taking the test for the AP class(es) in which they are enrolled.

The Advanced Placement tests will be administered from May 7th to May 17th. Tests have already been ordered for
the following subjects:

If your testing time is at 8:00am, you will need to be in the Gymnasium at the church by 7:15am. If your test begins
at 12:00PM, you need to report to the testing location by 11:30AM. If you do not take the AP test you have been
scheduled for, you may incur a $13 unused test fee. Please do not be late.


Most Todd Beamer AP testing* will be done at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Federal Way, on
Weyerhaeuser Way across from World Vision.

34815 Weyerhaeuser Way South                                            359TH ST.
Federal Way, WA                                                         2: Turn RIGHT onto S 356TH ST.
                                                                        3: Turn LEFT onto ENCHANTED PKWY S/WA-
                                                                        161.
                                                                        4: Take WA-18 E.
                                                                        5: Take the WEYERHAEUSER WAY S exit.
                                                                        6: Turn RIGHT onto WEYERHAEUSER WAY
                                                                        S/32ND AVE S.




If you need transportation on your testing day, please contact Mrs. Siegman immediately for a field trip form. A
van can be provided to the church, only if 4 or more students (per test) has signed up. The van will also bring those
students back to school once testing ends.

Please refer to the AP Bulletin or collegeboard.com for additional/specific information about what to bring to each
test.

                                                       REMINDERS

 Please ensure that your ride home is available shortly after the test ends. You
       cannot take the van back to school unless previously arranged.


Bring the following materials on each test day:

       Several sharpened No. 2 pencils (with erasers) – MUST HAVE
       Pens with black or dark-blue - MUST HAVE
       A watch
       A ruler or straightedge (only if taking an AP Physics Exam)
       Tissue
       Up to two calculators with the necessary capabilities if they are taking an
         AP Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics Exam.
         Visit the most current list of AP-approved calculators on
         collegeboard.com's student site
       A valid photo I.D. and their AP Student Pack if they do not attend the
         school where they are taking the exam

      *Optional – Student’s social security number for identification purposes. If
      provided, it will appear on their AP Grade Reports

Do not bring:

         Backpacks or other gear
         Books or magazines
         Cell phone
         Electronics (other than approved calculators)
         Headphones / earbuds

If you bring any of these items, you will need to turn them in to the proctors
prior to testing.
