Mr. Fallon joined the Board’s Legal Division in 1995 and currently serves as Assistant
General Counsel for Legislation and Special Projects. In this capacity, Mr. Fallon has
responsibility for a wide variety of domestic legislative and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Fallon was an Associate in the Financial Services
Department of Morrison & Foerster in Washington, D.C. Mr. Fallon received his law
degree magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1992, and received
a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service summa cum laude from Georgetown University
in 1988.
