									Store Manager
Candidates must have a proven track record in a fashion-forward, customer-oriented,
retail environment with at least 2 years of management experience.

Candidates must also have prior experience in training, developing staff and developing a
clientele. Representing YaYa & Co. will require the candidate to deliver excellent
clientele standards. Candidates must foster and encourage employee learning and
development. They recognize that exceptional customer service is the most valuable asset
within the company and will encourage excellence from your employees. They must also
take an active role in sales & styling and must serve as a role model for their employees.

      Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.
      Maintain adequate sales floor coverage.
      Work as part of the management team to develop an action plan to correct
       negative trends and achieve store goals.
      Track and ensure that SPH (sales per hour) and UPT (units per action) goals are
       met.
      Ensure that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients
       through the effective use of customer service.




Assistant Manager
Candidates must have a proven track record in a fashion-forward, customer-oriented,
retail environment with at least 2 years of assistant management experience.

Candidates must assist the store manager in achieving store and company goals. They are
leaders and are dedicated to the YaYa & Co. brand. Candidates recognize that top priority
is the store’s success and take pride within it. They must foster and encourage employee
learning and development and recognize that exceptional customer service is the most
valuable asset within the company and will encourage excellence from their employees.
They must also take an active role in sales & styling and must serve as a role model for
their employees.

Must be passionate about the brand, amazing customer service and client skills, ability to
multi-task and is a fast learner; ready to work in a fast paced environment. 
 Drive results
to ensure that personal sales and productivity goals are achieved. Follow current fashion
trends and deliver world class service and client satisfaction. Retail experience & flexible
schedule is required.
