ANNOUNCEMENTS:
If anyone is interested in information about becoming a member of the Air Evac LifeTeam,
please contact John Davis at davisjohn@air-evac.com or (270) 409-3557 ext. 355. This is a
membership that will take care of all costs involved in air lifting you or a member of your
immediate family if a life-threatening emergency. You can find out more information at
www.lifeteam.net.

There will be a clothing giveaway on March 18th from 3:30 to 5:00 in the Moss Middle
School cafeteria. For more information, please contact Angie Smith at 781-9875.

Seniors, please bring your baby picture and senior picture of your choice to Mrs. Reeves for the
senior graduation video. All Pictures must be in digital form. You may email the pictures to Mrs.
Reeves at lorrie.reeves@warren.kyschools.us or you may bring your pictures on a cd. Be sure to
identify the senior on email or write their name on the cd. Cd’s will not be returned.
Students may purchase the video for $10. See Mrs. Reeves for details. All proceeds will benefit the
Future Business Leaders of America.

The 2008-2009 Yearbooks are on sale now for $50.00! We have limited quantity and sell all
yearbooks on a first come, first serve basis. Don't wait until May, buys yours today! You may
purchase yearbooks from Mrs. Cline in room 407 in the Business hall. Checks should be written to
Warren East High School with the "yearbook & student name" written in the memo section. If you

We will be having a dress code committee meeting on March 17th at 4:00. If a

NEWS:
Tuesday & Thursday, Ms. Legge will be staying after school from 3:15 – 4:30 to work with
any senior interested in reviewing for the math placement test at WKU.

Our Band will be hosting a WEHS Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, and
various small ensemble performances on Tuesday, March 24 from 6:30 – 7:30 in the
auditorium. This will be a fun concert and should entertain anyone and everyone. The
format not be a traditional concert, but more interactive with the audience. We would love to
have everyone come to this concert—it is FREE!!!!!
Congratulations to the following Area Technology Students for competing at the Regional
Skills competition in Somerset. If you see the following students, please congratulate them:

Congratulations to our Foreign Language winners!!! The Regional Foreign Language Competition
was held at WKU on Feb. 27. Twelve students qualified for the state competition which will be held at
UK in May. The following French students placed (those with an asterisk are state qualifiers):
