Annex L1 X County Health Department Priority for distribution of medications and vaccines During a Public Health Emergency, medications and vaccines may be in short supply. Those individuals that are at higher risk of exposure (e.g. because they were in the vicinity of the incident or due to other epidemiologic factors) will receive priority for receiving pharmaceutical products. The groups identified below, when at risk of exposure, should receive high priority: AGENCY PERSONNEL PERSONNEL PRIORITY NOTES NUMBER PROPHYALXIS TOTAL NUMBER (use equation below) Health Department Staff & Families EMS Staff and Families POD and LDS Volunteers and Families Law Enforcement and other response agencies Governmental Officials Add Agencies Contact Information for these agencies can be found in the Emergency Phone Book Annex D.
