Glory Days Grill Breaks Ground at Potomac Marketplace
(December 14, 2006) Olney, MD – Olney, Maryland based Carl M. Freeman Retail is
proud to announce that Glory Days Grill has started construction at Potomac Marketplace,
its newest neighborhood shopping center located on Route 9 in Ranson, WV. This casual
dining, full service restaurant and bar is expected to open in spring 2007.
Glory Days Grill is an American grill and bar that appeals to all age groups and interests.
Their menu features a variety of high quality, freshly prepared menu items including zesty
BBQ ribs, well-seasoned steaks, grilled chicken, delicious pasta, fresh grilled seafood and
crisp, made-to-order salads. Guests can enjoy the latest sports, news and entertainment
on one of 22+ televisions, and each booth and table is equipped with a private speaker
system. This family-friendly restaurant also has an extensive children’s menu, unique
specialty drinks for kids and cartoon programming.
Jeff Newman, Richard Danker and Robert Garner founded Glory Days Grill in 1996. The
Ranson, WV location will mark the nineteenth restaurant in the Glory Days Grill system,
which includes 16 corporate owned and operated locations and 2 franchised locations.
Glory Days Grill is the newest merchant to break ground at Potomac Marketplace, a
280,000 square foot center anchored by Weis, Home Depot, Petco and soon Kohl’s,
coming in spring 2007. Several merchants are already open including Hair Cuttery, Ledo
Pizza, Hollywood Tans, Lin’s Chinese, City National Bank, Hallmark, Cingular, Executive
Cleaners, UPS, and State Farms. Additional neighborhood shopping will be coming to the
Potomac Marketplace in 2007 including Panera Bread, Baer Mattress, Quizno’s and
California Tortilla along with other quality shops and restaurants.
