 Reviewing the Reporting Dates

Third Quarter Reports were due on April 5, 2010
 We received 15 Third Quarter Reports.
 We received financial reports for 13 MTAs.
 We received 12 Stakeholder Engagement spreadsheets.
Consultations expected in April
 By phone, with your Liaison and Peter Eckart.
Final Reports are due on June 30, 2010
 Earlier submissions accepted.
Final Report Expectations

   The original Final Plan Reporting Form is still
    operational,
    –   The form and its reference advice are still relevant
   with the following exceptions, currently being
    addressed by state-wide Working Groups:
    –   Privacy and Security
    –   Public Health
   You should have received the revised form today.
Final Plan Format:
three sub-sections for each
of the six plan components

1.   A narrative section to explain the work
     accomplished
2.   Tables for one-year and three-year plans
     1.   Goals
     2.   Objectives
     3.   Strategies / Activities
3.   A list of attachments

   HIE Advisory Committee convened a Privacy and
    Security Working Group
    –   Goals
    –   Objectives
    –   Strategies / Activities
   Changes to Expectations
    –   Some duties moved to State
    –   MTA P&S moved to Tech Ops
