   Express banking centers are a test channel for delivering basic financial
    services to customers

   There are currently six (6) Express locations
       o Four (4) in metro Atlanta
       o Two (2) in Florida (Tampa)

   Express is designed to provide fast, friendly, convenient access for routine
    transactions with self-directed options and teller services.

   Express banking centers are staffed with Service Specialists, but no
    Personal Bankers.

   Sales of products in Express banking centers are handled via live
    videoconference.

   In addition to videoconferencing, most Express banking centers also
    feature a variety of technological enhancements

       o Television monitors above the teller line, broadcasting CNN to
         queuing customers

       o Self-service Web Banking terminals for online transactions such as        Formatted: Bullets and Numbering

   Express banking centers partner with traditional banking centers so that
    customers with more complex needs can receive a warm referral for more
    advanced support
