maintenance of technical systems in the large commercial building. It explores the principles of operation, preventive maintenance

TOTAL QUALITY FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY IN FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EFFORTS
Maintenance works and similar Facilities Management efforts expose personnel to significant risk regarding health and safety. To manage
these risks, staff needs to ensure proper practices built on sound understanding of health and safety issues regarding what work is done and
how it is to be carried out.
This module explores the health and safety concerns present in typical FM efforts and incorporates Quality Management tools and techniques
toward ensuring safe, effective, efficient operation and maintenance. Content includes –
